Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Executive to generate recent business, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate should have solid communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and generate new sales leads through calls, visits, references, and other channels.
Contact potential customers and explain products/services effectively.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Follow up with leads and convert them into customers.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
Maintain regular records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service and order processing.
Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues professionally.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.




Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the reporting manager.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Good convincing and negotiation abilities.
Strong customer-handling skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Willingness to travel within Mumbai, if required.

Qualification
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Candidates with a Diploma/12th qualification and relevant sales experience may also apply.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Candidates based in Mumbai preferred.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Prior experience in Sales, Business Development, Telesales, Retail Sales, or Hospitality Sales will be an advantage.
