Job Description

As a Sales Manager at Essex Engineers, you will play a pivotal role in driving businessgrowth and expanding our market presence. Your primary focus will be on buildingstrong customer relationships, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. Responsibilities:
Customer Engagement: Visit potential customers, understand their needs, and present ourproducts in detail. Consistently follow up with leads and inquiries. Ensure timely closures by addressing customer queries and overcomingobjections.
Dealer Onboarding: Identify and onboard new dealers. Train dealers on our product portfolio, pricing, and processes. Foster strong partnerships with dealers to drive mutual success.
Lead Generation and Conversion: Generate leads through dealer networks, referrals,



and other channels. Convert leads into sales by understanding customer requirements andtailoring solutions. Explore current construction projects and engage with decision-makers. Strategically expand our business footprint in the assigned geography.

Qualifications:
