Handle preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and equipment.
Ensure smooth and uninterrupted operation of plant machinery.
Identify mechanical problems and perform root-cause analysis.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules.
Monitor machine performance and reduce machine downtime.
Coordinate with the Production team for timely resolution of machine-related issues.
Maintain maintenance records, breakdown reports, and spare-parts records.
Handle installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of current machines and equipment.
Ensure proper maintenance of pumps, compressors, hydraulic/pneumatic systems, conveyors, motors, and other mechanical equipment.
Coordinate with vendors and contractors for maintenance and repair activities.
Maintain adequate stock of critical mechanical spare parts.
Follow safety procedures, SOPs, 5S, and company maintenance standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve machine efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly maintenance reports for management

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
