Business Development Executive (Recruitment/Staffing/Corporate Gifting)
Location- Jogeshwari, Mumbai
2nd and 4th Saturday off.
Experience: Minimum 2 years in business development. Experience in recruitment or HR consulting firm will be added advantage.
Identify and secure current business prospects across industries (IT, Non-IT, Manufacturing, Automotive, etc.)
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and digital platforms
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and effectively pitch recruitment services.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR heads, hiring managers, and decision-makers. Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, and business pipeline
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management review. Negotiate commercial terms, fees, and service agreements.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
Experience:
Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)
Business development: 1 year (Preferred)
Gifting and Staffing industry: 1 year (Preferred)
