Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Visa Filing Officer with 2 years of hands-on experience in handling visa application processes for countries such as Canada, UK, USA, Australia, Schengen, and others. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding clients through visa documentation and submission processes with accuracy and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end visa application filing for student, tourist, and business visas.
Review and verify client documents as per embassy/high commission guidelines.
Coordinate with clients to gather all required documents and ensure completeness.
Prepare and maintain visa files and application forms with a high degree of accuracy.
Schedule embassy appointments, biometric submissions, and VFS visits.




Stay updated with changes in visa rules and immigration policies.
Follow up with clients and consulates regarding application status and updates.
Maintain records of visa submissions and approvals for internal tracking.

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in visa filing, preferably with a reputed consultancy.
Solid knowledge of visa categories and documentation for multiple countries.
Familiarity with embassy portals, VFS, and online visa systems.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
High attention to detail and organizational ability.
Proficiency in MS Office and document management tools.
Graduate degree in any discipline (preferred: travel & tourism, international relations).

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
