General Manager – Resort Sales & Operations

Experience: 8–12+ years in Resort/Hospitality Sales & Operations

Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall resort sales, operations, revenue, and business development.
Drive corporate, group, wedding, MICE, and leisure sales to achieve revenue targets.
Manage day-to-day resort operations and ensure high guest satisfaction.
Develop and manage robust sales and operational teams.
Ability to bring and build their own experienced team/network will be preferred.
Must have solid experience in pre-opening resorts, including team hiring, SOP development, vendor coordination, and operational setup.
Build strategic partnerships and expand the resort’s customer base.
Monitor budgets, profitability, and overall business performance.

Ideal Candidate: A result-oriented hospitality professional with robust leadership, sales networking, operational expertise, and proven pre-opening resort experience.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
