Shift In-Charge – Maintenance (SPM / Assembly Machines)

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Shift In-Charge to lead maintenance operations for our SPM, assembly machines, and material handling equipment. You will be responsible for minimizing breakdowns, ensuring PM schedule adherence, and driving TPM initiatives across your shift.

Qualification & Experience
BE (EEE) or equivalent
3–5 years of maintenance shift experience
Working knowledge of SPM / Assembly Machines / Hydraulic Presses / Hoists / Cranes / Conveyors
Solid hands-on skills in PLC troubleshooting and PLC programming
Exposure to TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) practices

Key Responsibilities
Monitor and reduce machine breakdown minutes per shift; ensure CAPA closure for stoppages and root-cause analysis
Drive 100% PM (Preventive Maintenance) schedule adherence within the shift
Maintain critical spares availability and track shift-wise consumption to reduce MTTR
Monitor and control unit power consumption; identify energy-saving opportunities




Ensure zero non-compliances through machine cleaning, calibration, and quality parameter monitoring
Identify cost-saving and localization projects for spare parts
Maintain 5S, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 documentation and compliance for the shift/zone
Support TPM initiatives: zero-breakdown projects, lubrication systems, MTTR reduction
Deploy and evaluate on-the-job training (OJT) for recent trainees
Ensure zero unsafe practices related to assembly and material handling equipment (MHE) maintenance

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,891.39 per month
