Candidates should possess practical experience with Drones and UAV systems, including basic maintenance and troubleshooting.
Candidates should possess Training-related skills to guide, mentor, or support the development of new drone pilots.
Relevant certifications or licenses for commercial drone operations, as required by local regulations.
Good understanding of agricultural practices, aerial spraying procedures, and safety protocols is an advantage.
Ability to follow detailed instructions, work independently in remote settings, and communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.
Comfort with using digital tools, GPS-based systems, and data logging applications for mission planning and reporting.
Prior experience in the agri-drone, aviation, or precision farming sector is preferred.
