About the Role

We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to promote and sell solar energy solutions to residential and commercial customers. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, meeting customers, explaining solar solutions, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads through field visits, referrals, local networking, and other sales activities.
Visit residential, commercial, and industrial customers to identify their solar requirements.
Explain solar products, rooftop solar systems, pricing, benefits, and available schemes/subsidies to customers.
Conduct site visits and coordinate with the technical team for feasibility assessments.
Prepare and share quotations with potential customers.
Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospects.
Achieve monthly sales and lead-generation targets.
Maintain daily field visit and sales reports.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.




Coordinate with the installation and operations team until project completion.
Keep track of competitors, market trends, and customer requirements.
Maintain accurate customer and lead records.

Required Skills
Good communication and convincing skills.
Robust sales and negotiation abilities.
Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and customer visits.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets is preferred.
Ability to explain products and services clearly.
Positive local market knowledge will be an advantage.
Two-wheeler and valid driving licence preferred.
