Key Responsibilities

Prepare accurate Bar Bending Schedules (BBS) for RCC structural works.

Prepare reinforcement cutting and bending details based on approved structural drawings.

Review structural and reinforcement drawings, including revisions.

Calculate reinforcement quantities, bar lengths, laps, anchorage, hooks, bends, and wastage.

Coordinate with the Structural Engineer, Site Engineers, QA/QC team, and Steel/Bar Bending Yard.

Ensure BBS is prepared as per approved drawings, project specifications, and applicable IS/BS codes.

Prepare BBS for foundations, columns, shear walls, beams, slabs, staircases, core walls, retaining walls, and other RCC elements.

Maintain proper records of BBS revisions and reinforcement quantities.

Check reinforcement requirements against site progress and material consumption.

Assist in reconciliation of reinforcement steel quantities and reduce material wastage.

Ensure timely submission and approval of BBS to support uninterrupted site execution.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
