We are looking for a smart, energetic, and communication-oriented Admission Counsellor to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for handling front office activities, managing student and parent enquiries, and converting enquiries into admissions through proper follow-up and counselling.
The ideal candidate should have a pleasant personality, valuable communication skills, and genuine interest in interacting with students and parents.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily front office operations professionally
Handle walk-in enquiries and incoming phone calls
Counsel students and parents regarding courses and admissions
Convert enquiries into admissions through effective communication and follow-up
Maintain proper enquiry records and follow-up data
Regularly follow up with prospective students and parents
Handle fee collection and basic cash management activities
Coordinate with the academic and administrative team when required
Candidate Requirements:
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Interest in interacting with students and parents
Basic computer knowledge and data handling skills
Ability to maintain records systematically
Positive attitude and convincing ability
Prior experience in counselling, sales, front office, or customer handling will be an added advantage
