Position: Programme Advisor
Experience: 2 - 5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Counsel prospective students and understand their career and learning requirements.
Explain Maven Silicon’s programmes and recommend suitable programmes.
Handle the complete sales cycle from initial interaction to closure.
Follow up with leads and convert prospects into admissions/sales.
Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets.
Build strong relationships with prospective students.
Maintain sales records and prepare Excel/MIS reports.

Key Skills Required:
Inside Sales / Telesales / Education Sales experience




Excellent English communication and convincing skills
Consultative selling and customer-handling skills
Positive knowledge of Excel and MIS reporting
CRM experience will be an added advantage
Knowledge of Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, or Hindi is an added advantage

Preferred Background: Candidates with experience in Education, EdTech, Training Institutes, E-Learning, Inside Sales, Telesales, or Student Counselling are preferred.

Pay: ₹9.00 - ₹10.00 per year
