Job Description

We are looking for a smart, confident and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our team at APARC Attractions Pvt. Ltd.

Responsibilities
Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp and emails.
Prepare quotations, proposals and sales documents.
Follow up with customers for enquiries, quotations and orders.
Coordinate with Sales, Design, Production, Accounts and Project teams.
Maintain customer and enquiry records.
Track orders/projects and provide timely updates.
Schedule customer meetings and appointments.
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports.




Support the sales team with lead generation and business development.
Maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers.

Required Skills
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
Positive knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Email.
Customer handling and negotiation skills.
Smart, presentable and well-organized.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Experience in Sales Coordination, B2B Sales, Manufacturing, Engineering or Construction will be preferred.
