Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Interior Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day site execution for residential interior projects. The candidate should have strong knowledge of interior finishing, labour coordination, materials, drawings, and site execution.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily interior site execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate with carpenters, electricians, plumbers, painters, contractors, and vendors.
Manage labour and allocate daily work at site.
Monitor carpentry, modular furniture, false ceiling, electrical, plumbing, flooring, painting, glass, and other interior works.
Read and understand AutoCAD/working drawings.
Take and verify site measurements.
Check quality, finishing, dimensions, and workmanship.
Track site progress and ensure work is completed within timelines.
Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper material usage at site.
Identify site issues and coordinate for quick solutions.




Maintain daily site progress reports and photographs.
Coordinate with the Interior Designer and project team regarding execution requirements.

Requirements
1–3 years of experience in interior site supervision.
Residential interior project experience preferred.
Good knowledge of interior materials and finishing works.
Ability to read AutoCAD/working drawings.
Positive labour, contractor, and vendor coordination skills.
Basic understanding of BOQ and material estimation.
Positive communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently.
