Job Summary
Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, customer engagement, enquiries, and sales.
Plan and execute both offline marketing activities for the jewellery business.
Identify current marketing prospects and develop campaigns based on customer and market trends.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy
Develop monthly and annual marketing plans.
Identify target customers and suitable marketing channels.
Plan campaigns for festivals, wedding seasons, new collections, and special occasions.
Monitor competitors and jewellery market trends.

2.Customer & Lead Generation
Develop campaigns to generate new customer enquiries.
Maintain and utilize customer databases for marketing campaigns.
Plan WhatsApp, SMS, email, and other customer communication campaigns.
Develop strategies for customer retention and repeat purchases.
Influencer & Partnership Marketing
Identify suitable influencers and content creators.




Coordinate influencer campaigns and collaborations.
Explore partnerships with wedding planners, fashion professionals, event organizers, and other relevant businesses.
Offline Marketing
Plan and coordinate newspaper, magazine, outdoor, radio, events, exhibitions, and other offline marketing activities.
Organize promotional events and customer engagement activities.
Explore recent local and regional marketing opportunities.
Brand Development
Strengthen the company's brand positioning in the jewellery market.
Ensure consistency in branding across advertisements, social media, showroom materials, and promotional campaigns.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
