Key Responsibilities
Project Oversight: Manage daily site activities, from preparation to completion, ensuring adherence to plans, specs, budgets, and timelines.
Team & Subcontractor Management: Supervise workers, schedule tasks, hire subcontractors, and motivate the workforce.
Quality Control: Implement quality checks and ensure work meets required standards.
Logistics & Resources: Select tools/materials, order supplies, manage inventory, and oversee site facilities.
Communication & Reporting: Liaise with clients, architects, engineers, and management; prepare site reports, drawings, and progress updates.
Problem Solving: Proactively address issues, delays, and conflicts that arise in office.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
