BuildOwn Developers Pvt. Ltd., one of Kerala’s leading premium villa developers, is looking for a highly experienced Accounts Manager to manage end-to-end financial operations and statutory compliance for our private limited company.

Key Responsibilities-

- Handle complete accounts of a Private Limited Company
- GST filing, reconciliation, and compliance (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
- Finalization of accounts and balance sheet preparation
- Manage taxation and statutory compliances (Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESI, etc.)
- Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, auditors, and consultants
- Oversee audits, internal controls, and financial reporting




- Manage accounts team and accounting systems
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements

Eligibility & Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Accounting / Finance
- Minimum 5 years of experience in private limited company accounting
- Solid knowledge of GST, taxation, and statutory compliance
- Experience in real estate or construction industry is an added advantage
- Proficiency in Tally, accounting software, and MS Excel
- Excellent coordination, leadership, and organizational skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
