Job Summary The Finance Head will be responsible for managing the company’s overall finance and accounting operations, ensuring financial discipline, accurate reporting, compliance, cash-flow management, and effective financial planning.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete Finance & Accounts function of the company.
- Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Manage cash flow, working capital, receivables, payables, and bank transactions.
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, MIS reports, and financial analysis for management.
- Monitor branch-wise sales, expenses, profitability, and financial performance.
- Ensure timely GST, TDS, income tax, and other statutory compliance.
- Coordinate with auditors, banks, consultants, and statutory authorities.
- Establish and monitor internal financial controls and accounting procedures.
- Review and approve expenses, payments, purchase bills, and financial transactions.
- Identify financial risks and recommend cost-control and profitability improvement measures.
- Ensure proper maintenance of books of accounts and supporting documents.
- Lead and supervise the Finance & Accounts team.




- Provide management with financial insights to support business expansion and decision-making.
- Ensure proper financial controls across all branches.

Preferred Qualifications
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance / M.Com / equivalent qualification.
- 8+ years of relevant experience, preferably with managerial experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, audit, budgeting, and financial reporting.
- Experience in multi-branch operations will be an advantage.
- Good communication, leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills.
