Job Summary :We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accounts Executive with 2 to 4 years of experience to manage our day-to-day accounting and taxation workflows. The ideal candidate will possess advanced proficiency in Tally Prime / ERP 9 and a solid, practical understanding of GST compliance and filing. In this role, you will take ownership of maintaining clean financial ledgers, handling accounts payable and receivable, and ensuring our tax documentation is accurate and audit-ready.

We are looking for an independent professional who can identify ledger discrepancies quickly, communicate effectively with vendors, and streamline our monthly tax workflows. Key Responsibilities

- Tally Operations: Manage day-to-day accounting entries including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal vouchers in Tally.
- GST Taxation: Prepare data for monthly/quarterly GST returns (GSTR-1 & 3B), reconcile GSTR-2B with purchase registers, and manage e-way bills and e-invoicing.
- Vendor & Client Management: Process vendor payments, track outstanding client receivables,



and perform periodic ledger reconciliations.
- Banking & Reconciliation: Execute daily bank reconciliations and assist in tracking cash flows.
- Audit Support: Maintain structured digital and physical financial records to support month-end closures and annual statutory audits.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 2–4 years of core accounting experience in a corporate or accounting firm environment.
- Software: High proficiency in Tally and Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, or a related field.
