Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions and bookkeeping
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Prepare and verify purchase, sales, payment & journal vouchers
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Prepare GST returns, TDS workings & statutory compliance documents
- Assist with monthly, quarterly & annual financial closing
- Prepare MIS reports and financial statements
- Monitor outstanding receivables and vendor payments
- Coordinate with auditors, bankers, vendors & customers
- Maintain fixed asset and inventory-related accounting records
- Support budgeting and financial analysis as required

Requirements

- B.Com, M.Com,



or equivalent qualification
- 2–3 years of relevant accounting experience
- Good knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and accounting standards
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime, MS Excel, and ERP systems
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
