Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day books of accounts in Tally (or equivalent accounting software).

- Record and reconcile purchase, sales, receipt, payment, and journal entries.

- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.) and ensure timely tax compliance.

- Handle TDS calculations, deductions, and return filings.

- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including vendor and customer reconciliations.

- Prepare bank reconciliation statements on a regular basis.

- Assist in preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.

- Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.

- Ensure proper documentation and filing of invoices, vouchers, and financial records.

- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Hands-on working knowledge of Tally ERP / Tally Prime.





- Solid command of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).

- Sound knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and GST regulations.

- Familiarity with TDS provisions and other statutory compliances.

- Good understanding of banking and reconciliation processes.

- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data handling.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) or related field.

- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounts, taxation, and GST compliance (adjust as per requirement).

Pay: ₹10,816.97 - ₹20,570.11 per month
