Finance / AccountsEnsure monthly/periodical/annual financial result, monthly reports and Reporting Package(Stravis) working coordinating with Japan office.Provide recommendations regarding investments and cash management.Maintain company’s cash flow status, AR collection and liaison with bank for Credit limit renewal.Ensure the management on maintenance all of Company assets.Ensure the preparation of annual budget, estimation/revised budget, regular variance statementsand annual audit. Prepare and maintain financial forecast (including revised budget /estimation) inconsultation with management.Ensure effective financial monitoring and reporting (expenses/expenditures and revenues),analyzing variances.Ensure the accurate and timely processing of all of Vendor payment transactions.Ensure the monthly and quarterly Bank activities in a timely and accurate manner.Communicate and consult with external financial auditor, internal auditor,



company secretary andconsultancy etc.Coordinating with External auditors for finalizing the books of accounts and signing off thefinancials.Ensure properly recoding of stock and reconciled with physical stock and report to managementevery quarterly.Review Monthly MIS report and send to management.Managing accounts team and guiding them for proper accounting and reportingROC & Statutory ComplianceMaintain Company record (Certificate of Incorporation, MOA, AOA, Share Certificate, BoardMeeting Minutes), files, documentation, archives etc.Helping Board Members with the compliance advised related to Company Law or any other Law.Organizing Board Meeting /Annual General Meeting.Drafting compliance Policies Procedures for Business operation including own department policies,Standard operating procedures.Review and ensure all of taxation compliance activities in a timely and accurate manner.Maintain all legal agreements/contracts concerned for smooth business functioning.Help Consultant in filing Annual returns /Assets & Liabilities returns or any other ROC/RBI fillings.Implement J-SOX activities as operator/creator such as CLC (Company Level Check), FR-CLC(Finance) and IT-CLC.Handling ad-hoc projects.
