- Manage and supervise day-to-day RTR operations for US clients

- Handle General Ledger accounting, journal entries, and support financial close processes

- Assist in month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities ensuring timeliness

- Perform account reconciliations and support balance sheet substantiation

- Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and reports

- Support preparation of financial statements and management reporting

- Monitor KPIs such as close timelines and reconciliation completion rates

- Ensure adherence to SLAs, internal controls, and compliance standards

- Identify and suggest process improvements and automation opportunities

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (AP, AR, audit, FP&A;)

- Support audit requirements by maintaining proper documentation and controls

- Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for management review

- Guide and support team members to ensure productivity and quality
