Accounts Manager

Location: Gurgaon

Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (As per interview and experience)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday (6 Days)

Office Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Manager to manage the organization's accounting, taxation, audit, and administrative functions. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in financial management, statutory compliance, GST, taxation, and audit coordination while ensuring smooth day-to-day accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting operations and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle GST, TDS, Income Tax, and all statutory compliances.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely audit completion.
- Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
- Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, and cash flow.
- Prepare MIS reports, budgeting, and financial analysis for management.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and government regulations.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, consultants, and government authorities.
- Oversee administrative activities related to finance,



documentation, licenses, and office compliance.
- Monitor payroll processing and statutory deductions.
- Lead and supervise the accounts team and ensure process improvements.

Qualifications
- B.Com/M.Com; CMA/MBA (Finance) preferred.
- 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and finance.
- Strong knowledge of GST, Taxation, Audit, Tally Prime, ERP, and MS Excel.
- Excellent understanding of financial reporting and statutory compliance.
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
