Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end accounting operations including GL, AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and finalization of accounts.

- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.

- Handle statutory audits, internal audits, and coordinate with external auditors; ensure timely closure of audit observations.

- Ensure compliance with taxation and statutory requirements including GST, TDS, income tax, and other regulatory filings.

- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and budgeting; provide MIS reports and financial analysis to management.

- Oversee payroll accounting, expense controls, and cost accounting relevant to the apparel/manufacturing sector.

- Maintain accurate financial records, documentation, and internal controls to support business operations.

Requirements

- 5–10 years of proven experience in accounting and auditing;





- Solid knowledge of Indian accounting standards, statutory compliance, and audit processes.

- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally/ERP) and MS Excel.

- Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.

- Strong communication and coordination skills with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

- Immediate joiners will be given preference.

- Location : Nemmara , Palakkad.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
