Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting and financial activities of the company. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of accounting principles, Tally/Excel, invoicing, payments, reconciliations and financial documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and financial transactions.
- Handle sales and purchase invoices, receipts, payments and expenses.
- Maintain accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank and ledger reconciliations.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements and accounting reports.
- Assist with GST, TDS and other statutory compliance-related activities.
- Maintain proper documentation of bills, vouchers and supporting documents.
- Track outstanding payments and follow up when required.
- Coordinate with vendors, clients and internal teams regarding financial matters.
- Manage petty cash and routine company expenses.
- Prepare monthly financial summaries and reports for management.
- Support the management and external CA/auditor with required financial information.




- Ensure accuracy, confidentiality and timely completion of accounting work.

Required Skills
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Working knowledge of Tally / accounting software.
- Knowledge of GST and TDS will be preferred.
- Good numerical and analytical skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualification B.Com / BBA / equivalent qualification preferred.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant accounting experience. Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may also be considered.
