Key Responsibilities

- Manage payroll processing and salary-related accounting.

- Handle PF and ESIC calculations, payments and compliance.

- Manage Skilled Tax (PT) calculation, payment and returns.

- Salary TDS return

- Prepare and file statutory returns within prescribed timelines.

- Maintain accurate accounting records and financial entries.

- Handle general accounting, reconciliations and ledger scrutiny.

- Ensure timely and accurate statutory compliance and documentation.

- Coordinate with internal teams for payroll, employee deductions and accounting requirements.

- Support in monthly closing and preparation of basic MIS reports.

- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting and statutory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 46 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Payroll.

- Strong working knowledge of Payroll, PF, PT and ESIC.

- Hands-on experience in statutory calculations and return filing.

- Basic knowledge of accounting principles, ledger scrutiny and reconciliations.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel.

- B.Com / M.Com qualification preferred.

- Experience in the Real Estate industry will be an added advantage.

- Basic knowledge of Payroll
