Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Logistics & Dispatch Coordinator with prior experience in the Solar Industry to manage daily logistics, dispatch, transportation, and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily dispatch and delivery of solar products/materials.
Coordinate with warehouse teams for material availability, packing, and dispatch.
Coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
Track shipments and provide delivery updates.
Prepare and verify invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch-related documents.
Maintain accurate records of dispatches, deliveries, and transportation.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, purchase, and warehouse teams.
Handle customer queries related to dispatch and delivery.
Resolve delivery and logistics-related issues.
Ensure timely and accurate dispatch of solar products and materials.





Requirements
Mandatory: Prior work experience in the Solar Industry.
1–3 years of experience in logistics, dispatch, warehouse, or transportation coordination.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Knowledge of solar products/materials and their dispatch requirements.
Experience coordinating with transporters and warehouse teams.
Valuable communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of invoices, delivery challans, and other dispatch documentation.
Candidates with experience in solar panels, inverters, mounting structures, electrical products, or solar accessories will be preferred.
Candidates from Noida/Greater Noida are preferred.
