Full time on-site role available at DS Advocates in Chennai for one Senior Associate.

Looking for a passionate, technically valuable resource who has zeal to learn and grow with the firm. Given that its an independent practise, need a resource who can handle GST and Customs matters independently below Tribunal and High Court level. The candidate should have sound knowledge of basics in GST and Customs. Candidates who are keen on research and book work must apply.
Prior experience in handling GST compliance, representation (GST department and High Court) and advisory work is must.
Minimum 3 years of experience before GST authorities is mandatory.
Responsibilities include performing GST related work, drafting and reviewing legal documents, GST workings/ reconciliations,



conducting legal research, providing legal advice/ opinions, maintaining client relations, assisting in High Court and Appellate proceedings, independently.
Primary work will include GST assessments, GSTAT and High Court related matters
Positive written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks, with primary focus on coordination with clients (mostly MNCs).
CA/ Lawyer/ Semi-qualified CA/Graduate.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
