Position: Godown Incharge – Paint Industry

Job Summary:
Responsible for the end-to-end management of the godown/depot, including inventory, material handling, dispatch, manpower and day-to-day warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily godown operations, stock and material movement.
Ensure proper receiving, storage, picking and dispatch of materials.
Monitor inventory accuracy and conduct regular stock checks.
Manage and supervise godown staff and ensure work is completed on time.
Coordinate with Sales, Transport and other departments for smooth operations.
Ensure proper documentation, safety, housekeeping and compliance.
Prepare/update daily operational and stock reports.

Experience:



3–5 years in Paint Industry / Paint Warehouse / Depot / 3PL Warehouse preferred.

Skills: Inventory Management, Team Handling, Warehouse Operations, Basic Computer/ERP Knowledge, Coordination & Problem Solving.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
