Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute offline marketing and branding activities.
Coordinate with creative, media, digital, branding agencies, and vendors.
Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely execution of activities.
Support recent project launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and events.
Coordinate property events, activations, and other marketing initiatives.
Manage marketing materials and branding requirements.
Track vendor bills, invoices, and marketing expenses through ERP.
Maintain records of vendors, campaigns, and marketing activities.
Ensure activities are completed on time and as per brand guidelines.

Requirements
3–5 years of experience in Marketing.
Real Estate marketing experience will be preferred.
Hands-on experience in offline marketing and brand activations.
Experience in vendor and agency management.
Valuable communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Robust organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage.
MBA in Marketing or a relevant qualification is preferred.

Pay: From ₹50,000.00 per month
