Roles & Responsibilities:
Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.




Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to ensure alignment between software design and business objectives.
Mentor junior team members to support their qualified growth and skill development.
Coordinate cross-functional communication to facilitate smooth project execution.

Qualified & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Governance.
Strong knowledge of data management principles and best practices.
Experience in implementing policies and procedures to ensure data quality and compliance.
Ability to analyze and mitigate risks related to data security and privacy.
Skilled in collaborating with diverse teams to establish data standards and governance frameworks.
Familiarity with tools and technologies that support data governance initiatives.
Databricks, Collibra, Alation, Unity catalogue is required

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Governance.
This position is based at our BDC14A - STPI office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
