Job Summary

We are looking for a Quality Supervisor to join our Quality Department. The candidate will be responsible for in-process and final inspection of steel cutting and manufacturing products, ensuring products meet required dimensions, specifications, and quality standards.

Freshers with relevant technical qualifications and candidates with experience in steel, fabrication, production, or manufacturing industries are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities
Perform in-process and final quality inspection of steel products.
Inspect raw materials and finished products as per specifications.
Check product dimensions, size, length, thickness, and other quality parameters.
Use measuring instruments for dimensional inspection.
Identify and report quality defects, deviations, and non-conformities.
Monitor quality during the steel cutting and production process.
Coordinate with the Production team to resolve quality-related issues.
Maintain daily inspection reports and quality records.
Verify products before dispatch to ensure customer requirements are met.
Support corrective and preventive actions for quality issues.
Follow company quality procedures, safety rules, and work instructions.




Maintain proper housekeeping in the quality inspection area.

Required Skills
Knowledge of Quality Inspection / Quality Control
Knowledge of Dimensional Inspection
Ability to use measuring instruments
Basic knowledge of Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Measuring Tape, Steel Rule, etc.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel
Valuable observation and problem-solving skills
Valuable communication and team coordination
Willingness to work in a manufacturing/production workplace

Qualification
ITI / Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech – Mechanical or relevant technical qualification.
0–3 years of experience in Quality / Production / Manufacturing.
Experience in Steel, Metal, Fabrication, Engineering, or Manufacturing will be an advantage.
