Hotel Manager – Lovely Hospitality

We are looking for an experienced, responsible and well-groomed Hotel Manager to manage the daily operations of our hotel.

The Hotel Manager will be responsible for making sure the hotel runs smoothly, guests are happy, staff follow their duties and hotel standards are maintained.

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day hotel operations.
Supervise reception, housekeeping and other hotel staff.
Make sure all staff follow their duties and hotel SOPs.
Maintain positive guest service and handle guest complaints.
Check room cleanliness, hotel cleanliness and overall hotel quality.
Monitor bookings, occupancy, room rates and daily sales.
Check cash, UPI, card payments and daily expenses.
Check daily hotel reports and maintain proper records.
Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance for pending work.
Check staff attendance, grooming and discipline.
Train staff and improve their performance.
Monitor hotel inventory and avoid unnecessary wastage.
Handle guest issues and emergencies when required.
Coordinate with OTAs and booking-related issues.
Ensure the hotel is ready for guests at all times.
Give regular updates and reports to management.





Candidate Requirements:
Previous hotel management/front-office experience preferred.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer and PMS knowledge.
Valuable leadership and staff-handling skills.
Honest, responsible and disciplined.
Good problem-solving ability.
Well-groomed and professional personality.
Able to work under pressure and manage the hotel independently.
