Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

Job Overview

We are seeking a visionary and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and drive long-term economic growth. As a key member of the executive leadership team, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors. You will oversee all financial planning, risk management, capital allocation, and fiscal reporting while shaping the financial strategy that fuels our expansion.

Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: Partner with the CEO to develop and execute the company's long-term business and financial strategy.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling to optimize resource allocation.
Capital & Cash Management: Manage liquidity, debt structures, equity raises, and investment strategies.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure compliance with all financial, legal, and tax regulations.
Financial Reporting: Direct the preparation of accurate, timely, and actionable financial statements for stakeholders.
Risk Mitigation: Identify and manage financial risks, implementing robust internal controls.
M&A; and Expansion:



Evaluate and execute potential mergers, acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures.

Requirements & Qualifications
Experience: 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 3–5 years in a CFO or VP of Finance role.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Credentials: CPA & CMA, is highly preferred.
Track Record: Proven success in scaling companies, managing capital raises, or navigating mergers and acquisitions.
Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS), and financial software ecosystems.
Soft Skills: Exceptional leadership ability, high emotional intelligence, and excellent communication skills for board-level presentations.
