Project Execution & Supervision:
Supervise installation of MEP systems including HVAC, electrical, fire fighting, plumbing, and ELV systems.
Ensure work is carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and method statements.
Coordinate daily site activities with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams.
Monitor progress and ensure timely completion of MEP works in line with project schedule.
Drawing Review & Coordination:
Review MEP drawings, shop drawings, and coordinate with civil and architectural teams.
Identify and resolve design clashes using coordinated drawings.
Ensure proper integration of MEP services with structural and finishing works.
Planning & Resource Management:
Assist in preparation of MEP schedules in line with overall project planning.
Plan manpower, materials, and equipment required for execution.
Coordinate with procurement for timely delivery of MEP materials.
Quality Assurance & Testing:
Ensure compliance with quality standards, codes, and specifications.
Conduct inspections and ensure proper testing & commissioning (T&C;) of systems.
Prepare checklists, inspection reports, and snag lists.
Billing & Documentation:
Verify MEP quantities and support preparation of RA bills and subcontractor bills.
Maintain records of work progress, material consumption, and approvals.
Assist in preparation of as-built drawings and project handover documents.
