We are looking for an experienced Team Leader sales to join our sales team at Babyjoy Fertility IVF, Rajouri Garden. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and leading a team of sales representatives, ensuring that sales targets are achieved and exceeded. This role requires robust leadership skills, sales expertise, and the ability to motivate and guide a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets
Develop and implement effective sales plans and strategies
Monitor and analyze sales performance, providing constructive feedback
Train and coach team members on sales techniques and strategies
Ensure customer service standards are consistently met
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
Build and maintain relationships with key customers
Identify and resolve customer issues promptly
Stay updated on industry trends and developments
Requirements:
Min 5+ years of experience in sales
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Robust leadership and motivational skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Knowledge of sales techniques and strategies

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
