Job Description
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, communicating with prospects, explaining our products/services, and developing solid client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and contact potential clients through calls and other communication channels.
Explain company products/services clearly to prospective clients.
Generate leads and convert them into potential customers.
Follow up with interested clients and maintain regular communication.
Build and maintain valuable relationships with clients.
Meet assigned business development and sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
Coordinate with the team to achieve business goals.

Candidates with experience in Sales / Business Development / Telecalling / Banking / Financial Services will be preferred.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work towards targets.

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
Last Saturday: Working
Work Mode: In-person / Work from Office
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month + Unlimited Incentives.
