Job Overview

We are looking for a smart, analytical, and tech-savvy Management Trainee – Research & Analytics to support management with business research, data analysis, market intelligence, reporting, and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct market, industry, competitor, and business research to support decision-making.
Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and executive summaries.
Track industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging business prospects.
Support management in strategic projects, business reviews, and ad-hoc analysis.
Use MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization.
Leverage AI tools, Power BI, and other digital tools to improve research, analytics, and reporting.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reports and improve business processes.

Skills & Competencies




Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Valuable understanding of business analytics and market research.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or AI tools is an added advantage.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret data.
Curious, proactive, and eager to learn.
Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
