Perform welding and fabrication work as per engineering drawings and work instructions.
Carry out MIG/MAG, TIG or ARC welding as required for the job.
Prepare, align, fit and weld metal components.
Work with MS, SS and other metal materials as required.
Check welds for proper appearance, strength and quality.
Perform grinding, cleaning and finishing of welded components.
Use welding machines, grinders, cutting tools and other workshop equipment safely.
Maintain proper welding parameters according to material and job requirements.
Identify and report welding defects or fabrication issues.
Maintain welding tools and equipment in good working condition.
Follow production schedules and complete assigned jobs on time.
Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements.
Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the work area.

Required Skills
Valuable practical knowledge of welding and fabrication.
Ability to understand basic engineering drawings.




Knowledge of welding joints, positions and basic welding procedures.
Ability to use basic measuring tools.
Knowledge of MS/SS materials is preferred.
Good attention to weld quality and dimensional accuracy.
Ability to work in a manufacturing setting.
Safety awareness and willingness to follow workplace procedures.

Qualification

ITI – Welder / Fabrication or equivalent technical qualification preferred.

Experience

Skilled and experienced candidates are preferred.
Candidates with relevant hands-on welding experience in manufacturing, fabrication, transformer manufacturing or industrial production will be given preference.

Freshers/ITI trainees with valuable welding skills may also be considered.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
