Key Responsibilities:
Process customer refund requests accurately and within timelines.
Coordinate with Finance, Legal, Sales, and Operations teams.
Maintain refund documentation and records.
Communicate professionally with customers regarding refund status.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills.
Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Valuable documentation and coordination skills.
Experience in customer support, finance operations, or refunds will be an advantage
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
