Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions.




Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance team productivity and software quality.
Mentor junior team members by sharing knowledge and guiding their professional development.
Coordinate with stakeholders to align technical solutions with business objectives.

Professional & Technical Skills:
Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
Solid experience in designing and implementing data integration workflows and processes.
Ability to troubleshoot and optimize data pipelines for performance and reliability.
Familiarity with database technologies and data warehousing concepts.
Experience in scripting and automation to support integration tasks.
Capability to work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and system interoperability.

Additional Information:
The candidate should have minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).
This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
