Job Title: Account Executive (Accountant)

Location: Rabale, Navi Mumbai
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with strong accounting knowledge may apply)
Qualification: B.Com or related field
Salary: Up to 30,000 per month
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday

About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and financial documentation, along with proficiency in Tally and MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day accounting entries, ledgers, and reconciliations.
Prepare and maintain financial records using Tally.
Handle GST, TDS, PTRC, and Income Tax compliance.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and billing documents.
Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.
Coordinate with auditors during internal and statutory audits.
Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.




Support internal teams with accounting and financial reporting activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

Educational Qualification
Bachelor's Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field.

Experience
1–3 years of experience in Accounting or Finance.
Freshers with strong accounting fundamentals are welcome to apply.

Required Skills
Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, ITR, and PTRC compliance.
Hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel.
Positive understanding of bookkeeping, invoicing, and bank reconciliation.
Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
