We are looking for a passionate and energetic Mechanical Engineer to join our team and contribute to our manufacturing and product development activities.
Job Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day production activities in the factory.
Plan and improve manufacturing processes for better productivity.
Prepare and interpret engineering drawings using AutoCAD/SolidWorks (preferred).
Assist in designing and developing new products and machinery.
Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and maintenance teams.
Ensure product quality and adherence to manufacturing standards.
Identify process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
Monitor machine performance and support preventive maintenance activities.
Solve production and technical issues on the shop floor.
Maintain production reports and documentation.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
0–5 years of experience in manufacturing or fabrication industries.
Freshers with robust technical knowledge are encouraged to apply.
Knowledge of fabrication, sheet metal, welding, and machine operations is an advantage.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and Microsoft Excel.
Positive problem-solving and communication skills.
Willingness to work on the factory floor.
Ability to learn quickly and take ownership of responsibilities.
