Responsibilities:
⁠ ⁠Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive table service throughout their visit.
⁠ ⁠Present the menu, explain plant-based dishes, and guide guests with recommendations based on their preferences or dietary needs.
⁠ ⁠Accurately take orders, punch them into the POS system, and ensure timely coordination with the kitchen and barista teams.
⁠ ⁠Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation standards are maintained.
⁠ ⁠Monitor guest satisfaction, address feedback promptly, and escalate concerns when required.
⁠ ⁠Assist in upselling specials, seasonal offerings, and retail products.
⁠ ⁠Refill water, condiments, and table essentials regularly to ensure a smooth dining experience.
⁠ ⁠Support teammates during peak hours and contribute to maintaining a positive team workplace.

Qualifications & Skills Required:




⁠ ⁠Prior experience as a Senior Steward/ Floor Supervisor in a café, restaurant, or hospitality setting (preferred).
⁠ ⁠Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi.
⁠ ⁠Courteous, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
⁠ ⁠Ability to work effectively in a quick-paced, team-oriented environment.
⁠ ⁠Basic knowledge of food service etiquette and guest handling.
⁠ ⁠Willingness to learn about plant-based cuisine and Greenr Café’s sustainability philosophy.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
