Job Summary

To provide safe, compassionate, and effective nursing care to patients while maintaining qualified standards, hospital policies, infection-control practices, and NABH requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Assess patients and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and clinical condition.
Administer medications, injections, IV fluids, and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain accurate and timely nursing documentation and patient records.
Assist doctors during examinations, procedures, and emergency situations.
Provide pre-operative and post-operative nursing care.
Monitor patients and promptly report any deterioration to the doctor/Nursing In-charge.
Maintain proper handover and takeover of patient care during shift changes.
Follow infection-control, biomedical waste management, and hand-hygiene practices.
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and proper arrangement of the nursing unit.
Ensure availability and proper handling of medicines, equipment, and nursing supplies.
Educate patients and attendants regarding treatment, medication, diet, and discharge instructions.
Follow hospital SOPs, policies, protocols, and NABH standards.
Maintain patient confidentiality and professional conduct.
Participate in emergency codes, drills, training programs, and quality-improvement activities.




Assist in maintaining nursing checklists and departmental records.
Report incidents, medication errors, falls, and other patient-safety concerns immediately.
Perform other duties assigned by the Nursing In-charge/Nursing Superintendent.
Qualification
B.Sc. Nursing / GNM from a recognized institution.
Valid State Nursing Council Registration.
Basic computer knowledge preferred.
Experience
Freshers can be considered.
Previous hospital experience will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
