Assess Learner Progress: Evaluate participant progress through quizzes, assignments, and projects. Provide constructive feedback and support to help learners achieve their goals.

Technical Expertise: Stay current with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in full stack development to ensure the training content is accurate and relevant.

Support and Mentorship: Offer one-on-one support and mentorship to learners, helping them overcome challenges and apply their knowledge effectively.

Collaboration: Work closely with other trainers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure alignment of training objectives with organizational goals.





Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience: Proven experience in full stack development, including proficiency in front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, frameworks like React or Angular) and back-end technologies (Node.js, Python, Ruby, databases, etc.).
Teaching Experience: Prior experience in a teaching or training role is highly desirable, with the ability to convey complex concepts in an understandable manner.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly and effectively.
