Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Dispatch and Logistics Executive to manage daily transportation operations, route planning, and shipment tracking. You will serve as the primary link between drivers, warehouse teams, and customers to ensure timely deliveries and productive supply chain flow.

Key Responsibilities
Dispatch & Routing: Assign drivers, plan cost-effective delivery routes, and schedule daily transport schedules for outgoing and incoming shipments.
Shipment Tracking & Monitoring: Track active shipments in real time, monitor delivery timelines, and proactively address any delays, transit issues, or rerouting needs.
Vendor & Carrier Management: Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers, freight forwarders,



and transport vendors to negotiate rates and maintain service standards.
Documentation & Compliance: Prepare shipping documentation (bills of lading, customs declarations, delivery notes) and ensure compliance with local transport regulations and safety standards.
Communication: Act as the main point of contact for drivers, warehouse staff, and client support teams regarding delivery status and order updates.
Inventory & Warehousing Support: Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure goods are staged, loaded, and dispatched accurately according to customer orders.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
