Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, passionate, and engaging Soft Skill Trainer to train students and help them develop strong communication, skilled, interpersonal, and personality-development skills.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging classroom and interactive training sessions.
Train students in:
Communication Skills
Spoken English
Public Speaking
Presentation Skills
Interview Skills
Group Discussion
Leadership & Teamwork
Time Management
Problem-Solving
Workplace Etiquette
Personality Development
Conduct mock interviews, role plays, group discussions, and practical activities.
Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback.
Prepare training materials, presentations, activities, and assessments.
Track learner progress and maintain training records.
Motivate students and create a positive learning environment.
Coordinate with the academic and placement teams when required.

Ability to motivate and engage students.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in English, Communication, Management, Education, Psychology, or a related field.
Experience: 1–5 years in soft-skills training, corporate training, academic training, personality development, or related fields.
Freshers with exceptional communication and presentation skills may also be considered.
