Qualification: MBA/PGDM in HR preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & employee hiring
Interview scheduling and coordination
Joining & onboarding formalities
Employee attendance and leave management
Employee documentation & HR records
Payroll coordination
Employee grievance handling
HR policies and compliance
Staff coordination and retention
Skills Required:
Valuable communication, leadership, recruitment skills, MS Office/Excel knowledge and robust interpersonal skills.
Salary: As per experience and qualification.
